The only issue I had was with the phone tech support not be accessible. Fortunately I had a work PC with a separate Internet connection. We were able to set up a chat session where I was walked through several steps to correct the issue. P.S. After doing this the router works great. I purchased this product due to the need to run a home network off of a Broadband air card.
I did find that their phone support was very limited, however their online tech support was very good. The router now works great. The router was easy to install, however once installed I did not get the connection speed that I felt I should. The only disadvantage to the online chat support would be if you did not have a separate Internet connection other than the one you are trying to setup. Connecting a USB extention cable to move the broadband modem away from the router seemed to be the ultimate fix. The instructions with the router were very limited so I contacted their tech support.
The first step was to update the router software version, then to change some of the preset settings.
The installation is easy. We were looking for a 3G wireless router that would serve our desktop, laptop and our daughter's laptop next door. Shipment was quick and efficient. A tech support guy at verizon recommended this brand and this price was unbeatable. Her house is +/- 200ft away and the signal will reach about halfway inside her home. Likely relocating the router to our attic, letting the signal travel through less walls and electrical wiring will strengthen the signal to travel farther.
The setup of this router is pretty self explanatory, and you won't have to be a rocket scientist to get it up and going. This was too easy, I followed the instructions to upgrade to the latest version and when I plugged my new USB Modem in it worked without issue. I programmed it to turn off the modem when its not used and it works flawlessly.
Anyway, it's great, we are delighted with the product, the price was good and the service was great. And when we were unable to get the router working, he walked me through downloading a new driver. He provided assistance before we made the purchase assuring me that our new air card would work on this router.
We have new computers in a small rural office and needed to connect our network and internet service through a router. BTW we have a Huawei EC168 Alltell Wireless Card. Great Service - before and after the sale.

(Probably would not have needed to exchange the 1st aircard if we had had this router first).
It was so simple we actually take it with us on trips and we can set up in hotels and use multiple laptops with one connection. I have to admit this was simple and easy to set up. I would spend the money and buy this again, it will pay for itself. I did not want to spend so much for a router. I absolutely refused to pay more than 100.00.
